Removed the idle dot entirely. Nothing shows on any display until you hover the notch area — idle screens stay completely clean.
The panel is unchanged: hover to reveal, click to edit, lock to pin.

The dot now sits flush against the bottom edge of the notch on MacBooks, with no gap.

Fixed the indicator on MacBooks with a notch: the dot no longer sits on a small black tab hanging below the notch. It now sits directly under the notch edge, with a soft shadow so it stays visible over any window.
The panel still springs out of the notch itself — the collapsed shape hides inside the hardware cutout.
